Biography

Matthew Bradshaw was born in New York (1983) and graduated from Pratt Institute where he received his degree in Industrial Design in 2005, with additional studies at Danmark’s Designskol in Copenhagen.

His practice is currently based between Brooklyn, NY, and Vancouver.  His diverse portfolio includes projects that run the gamut from jewelry to furniture, product, lighting, and interior design. A consistent hallmark of his work is a rigorous pursuit of simplicity imbued with a subtle sense of play.

His work has been published in the New York Times, *Wallpaper, Harper’s Bazaar, Surface (Avant Guardian 2011), and Elle Decoration to name just a few. Select clients and projects include Ron Gilad, David Weeks, YabuPushelberg, BxSM, Matter, The Four Seasons, and Extell.
